What is the hiring process for Caregivers?
Answer: Light in Life Connect is consistently seeking skilled and compassionate Caregivers to positively impact the lives of seniors and their families. We are looking for individuals who are personable, nurturing, and empathetic to fill this role.
Following the submission of the employment application, candidates undergo a multi-step interview process, and successful applicants must clear a background check before becoming part of the Light in Life Connect team.
Upon being hired, team members will undergo on-the-job training, beginning with orientation, to gain comprehensive knowledge on caring for aging adults and their families.
What kind of training do Caregivers undergo?
Answer: As a part of the onboarding procedure, every team member at Light in Life Connect participates in the Caregiver Orientation, aimed at educating them on the nuances of senior care and family support.
Beyond the orientation, all staff members undergo comprehensive training and are required to showcase proficiency in delivering care for our elderly.
